MOLFAR is a new fine dining restaurant opening soon in the heart of Brussels. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Chef de Partie to take charge of both hot and cold sections and contribute to a high-level culinary experience.

Your Role

• Lead daily operations of hot and cold kitchen stations
• Ensure consistency in taste, plating, and temperature
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and team on mise en place
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards
• Support junior staff with training and mentorship

You Are

• Experienced (min. 2 years) as Chef de Partie in fine dining
• Technically precise and well-organized
• Motivated to grow in a creative, professional kitchen
• Fluent in English or French
• Passionate about modern gastronomy

CHEF DE PARTIE - Postes Chaud & Froid

MOLFAR est un nouveau restaurant gastronomique qui ouvrira prochainement ses portes à Bruxelles.

Nous recrutons un Chef de Partie rigoureux et passionné pour gérer les sections chaud et froid au sein d’une cuisine ambitieuse et créative.

Vos missions :

• Superviser les stations chaud et froid au quotidien
• Garantir la régularité du goût, du dressage et des températures
• Coordonner la mise en place avec le Sous-Chef et l’équipe
• Respecter strictement les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité
• Encadrer et soutenir les commis de cuisine

Profil recherché :

• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en restaurant gastronomique
• Exécution technique précise et sens de l’organisation
• Envie d’évoluer dans une cuisine exigeante et créative
• Maîtrise du français ou de l’anglais
• Véritable passion pour la gastronomie moderne
