The project:

Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Senior Developer JAVA to join their team.

Function description:

• Elaboration of detailed technical design
• Establishing and documenting guidelines and best practices for development
• Ensuring buy-in and follow-up on the implementation of guidelines in the tribes
• Supporting developers in the tribes, providing coaching and mentoring as needed
• Quality review of detailed design and code provided by external suppliers
• Documentation of development activities (design, code, unit testing, code review)
• Delivery management: Overseeing the delivery of projects to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
• IT stakeholders management: Engaging with IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication (Architecture , Infrastructure ,Risk & Security,...)
• Dependencies follow-up: Monitoring and managing dependencies to ensure timely project completion

Is this you?

• At least one local language (FR or NL)
• Sound knowledge of English
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Mastery of programming languages (Java), techniques, good practices and standards
• Delivery Management
• Software Architecture
• DevOps expertise and cloud knowledge
• Security acumen
• Expérience with Scrum
• Banking/Financial sector
