A leading producer in the agrifood industry is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to optimize and drive efficiency across procurement, logistics, production planning, and distribution. This is a strategic leadership role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a supply chain strategy that boosts efficiency and innovation.
• Forecast demand, optimize inventory, and enhance S&OP processes.
• Oversee procurement, supplier management, and cost-effective sourcing.
• Drive seamless logistics, warehousing, and production planning.
• Leverage SAP and data analytics for performance tracking and improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement sustainable practices.
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and supply chain tools.
• Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
• Hands-on, results-driven leader with excellent communication skills.
