Territory Business Manager - West-Vlaanderen

A growing healthcare company with a strong presence in the wound care space is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join its commercial team in West Flanders, Belgium. This field-based position is ideal for someone with a clinical background and a commercial mindset, ready to take ownership of a defined region and drive product adoption across hospitals, care homes, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within the West Flanders territory
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to territory planning
• Deliver product training and presentations to clinical stakeholders
• Represent the brand at industry events and maintain CRM data accurately

Requirements

• Clinical or paramedical background (nursing or similar)
• Previous sales experience in a medical or pharmaceutical setting
• Fluent Dutch speaker with good English skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and open to field travel
