What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Be responsible for achieving store KPIs and driving commercial performance
• Ensure strong operational excellence and visual merchandising standards
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in premium/lifestyle retail
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Passion for customer experience and team development
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
