What does the program look like
Year 1
- 6 months of operational experience in branches or distribution centres.
- 6 months in the trainee's functional department.
Year 2
- Two additional 6-month assignments in different disciplines to broaden knowledge.
- Post-traineeship placement in a management role within the organization.
Your qualifications
- Recent graduate with a strong academic record.
- Maximum of 2 years working experience.
- Strong proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Demonstrated curiosity, results-orientation and leadership potential.
- Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

- Online application – cv and video pitch.
- Online assessment.
- In-house assessment in the Netherlands. Your travel will be reimbursed by STG.
Once selected you will receive the offer immediately and start in September.
