Consolidation Specialist

We are looking for:

We invite you to join us as Consolidation Specialist for Syensqo, member of the Consolidation and the Group Accounting and Reporting teams in Corporate Finance.

We count on you for:

• the consolidation of Syensqo results, prepared on a monthly basis to provide timely insight into the business performance to the ELT
• the preparation of the Syensqo external financial reporting for all the Group’s financial stakeholders, published on a quarterly basis, including the Annual Integrated Report, and compliant with IFRS and other regulatory requirements and
• the analysis of the Group’s portfolio movements and the simulation of the related impacts on the Group financials in close cooperation with the M&A department.
• Maintaining and monitoring relevant internal controls applicable to the consolidation process.

You will bring:

Your experience in the preparation of consolidated accounts, knowledge of IFRS and consolidation tools (knowledge and previous use of SAP BFC is a plus) and curious and collaborative attitude to work with other Group functions, the Global Business Services and the local company accounting managers and controllers.

Communications, written and oral, are in English and in French.
