Freelance SAP S/4HANA Business Process Analyst
Location: West Flanders

We are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP S/4HANA Business Process Analyst to support an ERP implementation project for a leading global company in an International Company.

This role focuses on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and requires collaboration with business process owners, technical teams, and external consultants to ensure a successful implementation, go-live, and ongoing process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business process change management for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Develop as-is and to-be process flows in coordination with business teams.
• Act as a Project Coordinator, facilitating communication between business teams, consultants, technical managers, and engineering teams.
• Support key users and end-users in unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work with cross-functional and cross-system stakeholders to ensure integration and validation of SAP S/4HANA with other systems.
• Monitor project activities, providing timely escalations and recommendations as needed.
• Assist in the transition from external consultants to internal teams after go-live.

Your Profile:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst with strong SAP knowledge.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO). Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud is preferred.
• Passion for business process optimization and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication & presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
