We seek a dedicated, proactive, and experienced Specialized Sales Representative to join our dynamic Digital Workplace Solutions team at Atos. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital workplace trends, enterprise software integration, and change management principles to support clients' journeys toward a more efficient and collaborative digital workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to expert for existing and potential customers, presenting innovative digital solutions tailored to their unique needs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with IT decision makers through effective listening, empathy, and demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding their unique workplace challenges.
• Maintain and expand your knowledge of Atos's diverse Digital Workplace portfolio to effectively address customer challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
• Partner with Digital Workplace Teams to design and implement customized solutions that improve the employee experience and boost operational efficiency.
• Stay informed on digital workplace trends, enterprise software integration, and change management principles to effectively address client needs.

The Team: This is a dynamic position at Atos that offers significant freedom and responsibility. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of solution experts, delivery executives, client executive partners, and account sales executives to effectively sell our innovative solutions. The Digital Workplace Sales Representative reports directly to the Head of Sales for Atos and Eviden Belux, while also maintaining a dotted reporting line to the Head of Digital Workplace Business Line Belux. Your primary work location will be our office in Zaventem, but you will also have the flexibility to work from home.

• Proven knowledge of digital workplace trends and best practices.
• Experience with enterprise software integration.
• Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions.

By leveraging these skills, the Digital Workplace Specialized Sales Representative plays a crucial role in supporting clients' journeys toward a more efficient and collaborative digital workplace environment.

Essential Skills:

• You hold a master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Information Technology, or equivalent by proven experience.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• You bring 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Digital Workplace Solutions services domain, and experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is essential.
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and excel in building trust and fostering collaboration with clients.
• You can translate our solutions into compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
• You are a collaborative team player who can also work independently to meet targets, engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• You have a history of securing large deals and possess an extensive network of contacts within the digital community.
• Ideally, you have a strong affinity for IT and knowledge of one or more offerings from our Digital Workplace Portfolio.
• You are flexible, positive-minded, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in your career.
