For an international distribution/production group, active in more than 12 countries in Europe, we are looking for an ERP Project Manager. The group is starting a new ERP implementation (MS Dynamics 365 F&O) over the different sites.
Position
As ERP Project Manager, you will guide the various companies within the group in the implementation of a unified ERP system. You are the driving force behind the project, ranging from actual ERP implementation to process optimization and change management. You build the bridge between the different actors and guide the local teams through this digital transformation.
You guide the project through its various phases and milestones.
You will work in tandem with the ERP Architect
You will analyze business unit/location needs and translate them into a project plan.
You plan and follow up on tasks.
You communicate clearly and regularly with the project team, implementation partner and other stakeholders.
You deliver the project according to the agreed contract execution, timing and budget.
You will organize aftercare and ensure handover to operations.
You regularly attend the project sites.
Project Management
As ERP Project Manager, you build the bridge between the different company sites and the system integrator. In consultation with the various parties involved, you draw up a realistic budget and schedule. You aim for a clearly defined, complete scope and coordinate this with all parties involved. During the project, you manage the time, budget and scope triangle.
The project can be an initial implementation, a roll-out, a major upgrade or an improvement project.
You recognise risks well in advance and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them.
To ensure quality, you will work out test and data migration strategies and plans, together with other stakeholders.
Change management
You have an eye for the impact that an ERP implementation has on people, and reach out with tools to facilitate/embrace this change, e.g. communication and training plans.
You communicate at all levels, with all stakeholders and break silos. Together with the central team, you guide and motivate the local teams, solve problems and drive timely decision-making.
Being certified in a project methodology such as PMP, Prince2, ... or in change management with Prosci, for example, is a plus, but not a must. Your track record of successfully completed ERP projects says it all.
Knowledge of Dutch and English is a must, French is a plus.
You are willing to travel to the various sites
