As a Medior/Senior Business Controller, reporting directly to the Senior Business Controller of the Spare Parts department and to the CFO Aftersales & Operations, you will be involved in a wide variety of financial analysis, closing processes and reporting. You and the Business Controller Aftersales will act as true business partners for the various stakeholders in the business unit, will provide in-depth and actionable analysis for strategic planning, whilst ensuring control on all aspects of financial risk management. The role will require an individual that has a strong sense of purpose, intellectual curiosity, change management experience and an ability to manage a diverse slate of stakeholders in order to address the forthcoming and exciting challenges (electrification of the car park, loyalty of the network, development of weCare, dynamic pricing,...). You will have a supporting role in our aftersales finance team. Your key responsibilities will include: Support the Business Controller in managing closing, budget & forecast cycles Perform various accounting entries in SAP to support the closing process Perform comprehensive financial analysis, providing appropriate information, valuable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders Manage and optimize financial processes within your designated area of responsibility Perform variance analysis, comparing actuals vs budgets and forecasts Develop business cases and strategical plans, in collaboration with the business controller and management Continuously document & optimize processes and tools
Degree in Finance, Applied Economics, Accounting, Business Engineering or equivalent Proven track record in financial analysis and controlling (> 3 years) Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Innovative and open to changes Good eye for details Affinity with IT systems : Office, SAP, PowerBI, Analysis, Microsoft Dynamics Team player, ability to work autonomously with decentralized teams in a supportive way Passionate about figures, curious, organized, rigorous, ready to roll up her/his sleeves, hands-on, sense of priorities, hard worker , can-do attitude , autonomous Results-oriented, capable of managing complex projects and working under pressure Real ownership on his/her tasks Capacity to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the second language, and English
