What will you be doing as Accountant?

• Accounts Receivable Management: Proactively manage outstanding customer invoices, follow up on collections, and ensure timely repayments to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Accounts Payable Management: Effectively manage vendor accounts, address payment issues, and devise payment plans to ensure smooth fund turnover.
• Reconciliation of Financial Accounts: Thoroughly reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Tax Management: Proactively liaise with tax authorities, address the company's tax issues and needs promptly and effectively.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports as per business requirements, providing valuable insights to management for decision-making.
• Proactive Contribution: Based on the company's current development, propose insights and programs independently to enhance financial health and efficiency.
• Compliance Enforcement : Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations to uphold the integrity and reliability of financial reporting.

Jouw profiel

Who are we looking for?

• You have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• You already have 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• You have knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Accounting software (such as Exact online/Snelstart/Fiscaal online) have no secrets for you anymore!
• You bring strong analytical skills & attention to detail to the table.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitasking and meeting deadlines are what you do best!
• With a CPA certification you earn bonuspoints !
• You are proficient in English , and have an understanding in Dutch or French.
