Functie

DigiTribe is currently looking for someone who has a backpack of experience as IT Architect and wants to transfer his knowledge and experience to others.

Within the team, you as IT Architect coach, you will take on different roles.

From those different roles, you will be responsible for

providing the necessary training, developing/updating and enriching the necessary material, helping focus learning objectives, ...
coaching and growing employees so that they are able to take on their responsibilities and apply their professionalism
You keep track of the evolution of the various coaching processes in a progress report. This so that it is clear at all times who/where he stands in his trajectory.
further developing the community functioning of the IT Architects, organising events, forum
