This includes the following responsibilities and duties:

•    Implementing and customizing local marketing activities.
•    Managing digital marketing.
•    Supporting product launches.
•    Executing campaigns.
•    Producing trade marketing materials.
•    Organizing events and exhibitions.
•    Managing projects.
•    Planning local media strategies.

You’ll be part of our team in Herk-de Stad in Belgium, which consists of 16 colleagues. We live a winning culture that has already been in place for many years, with a very good working atmosphere which reflects the seniority of our colleagues. As our sales support you can use your skills for our export countries like Australia too. The growth potential in this role is huge.

You will report to the BeNeLux Country Manager Mr. Kosta Kourtis and Sales Director Dev. Market/Export Mrs. Wibke Stelling.

Jouw profiel

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal sales support with marketing skills will have a strong understanding of trade marketing strategies and a passion for driving business growth through effective collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Besides that, you’ll check the following boxes:

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
•    Proven experience in trade marketing, sales and/or customer facing role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for effectively assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and providing support throughout the sales process.
•    Being adaptable to changing circumstances, customer needs, and sales strategies allows for flexibility in providing the best possible support and adapting to evolving business requirements.
•    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•    Excellent communication in English, Dutch and French and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing.
•    Ability to adapt centrally developed marketing materials to suit local market needs.
