Currently looking for a Delivery Team Lead for one of our clients in Antwerp.

As a hands-on Delivery Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading 1 of the 4 BE delivery teams, driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The delivery team is a scrum team of +/- 6 onshore & offshore developers and testers. You will play a key role in mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, and contributing to the technical direction and strategy of our development initiatives.

Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
+10 years of experience in software development
Technical background in Java and data-oriented applications.
Dutch and English speaking is a must

Tech stack:
Java incl. frameworks like Spring Boot
ETL & integration (batch, online) technology
React, HTML5, CSS3, ES6, TypeScript

Extra:
Remote work possible / 2 days on-site
Workplace: Antwerp region
Start date: ASAP
