Design the Bigger Picture — Not Just the Process At HyperCharge, we help organizations — from mid-sized companies to complex enterprises like Volvo and DAF — transform how they operate through workflow automation. We’re looking for a Solution Architect who can bridge business and technology — someone who doesn’t just understand processes, but can design the right solution architecture around them . Work closely with clients and internal teams Once up to speed, you shift towards: Defining how our platform fits into the client’s IT landscape Translating architecture into clear handovers for implementation teams Design how systems connect (APIs, webhooks, data flows). Guide implementation teams Help clients understand trade-offs: standard vs custom, short-term vs scalable. Identify gaps in our platform and work with product/dev teams on improvements. Solid understanding of system architecture and integrations JSON, data structures Make, N8N, Zapier, Salesforce, Monday, etc.) Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus) You help shape both client architecture and our product roadmap Implementation teams can execute smoothly based on your architecture
