We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Hospitality Professional for a fixed contract position with a consistent schedule. As the face of our establishment, you will primarily be stationed at the reception , but your role will extend to include food and beverage service, making every interaction memorable and ensuring our guests feel truly welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in experience. Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations by delivering personalized service and attention to detail. Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and efficiently. Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the establishment. Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information about local attractions, amenities, and services. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred. Passion for delivering outstanding service and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Flexibility to work a fixed schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in at least three languages preferred. Food and beverage service experience is a plus.
