Functie

As a Business Analyst, you will be in charge of the following:

• You identify, analyze and challenge users in order to create or improve business processes or tools in line with the priorities and business strategy.
• You are the contact person between business, project and IT ("Proxy") in order to ensure mutual understanding and optimize collaboration.
• As a functional analyst, you translate business needs into IT language and vice-versa.
• You build functional specifications of methods, processes and techniques of the proposed solution.
• You support the Project Manager with project implementation .
• You ensure optimal follow up on the evolution of the implemented solution in order to maintain efficiency and coherency .

Jouw profiel

• You have by preference a master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• You have between 3- and 10-years’ experience as a business and/or functional analyst.
• You have a good functional understanding of IT processes , and are able to translate these into business language , and vice versa.
• You are organized, structured and are able to set the right priorities at the right time.
• You have good communication skills and are used to frequently being in contact with your different stakeholders .
• You do not need to have experience in the sustainability , human rights or environment sector. However, a demonstrated interest in this subject matter is mandatory – our work affects large numbers of workers in developing countries and must be approached with their needs as a priority.
• You have a perfect knowledge of English , both written and spoken.
