As FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial health of the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control functions. You will work closely with senior management to provide strategic insights, facilitate decision-making processes.

Your responsibilities as our FP&A Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor budgetary allocations.

Budget Management

Work closely with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor actual performance against budgeted targets.

Identify areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation.

Financial & Business Controls

Establish and maintain effective financial controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues.

Define & monitor business KPIs to anticipate impact on financial results

Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

Management Support

Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Take ownership of monthly reporting to Board of Directors.

Business partnering with operations and sales

Collaborate with senior management in evaluating potential investments and business opportunities.

Work on ad hoc projects

Jouw profiel Who are you as our FP&A Manager?

Master degree with expertise in Finance and/or Accounting

Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and control functions.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
