Senior DevOps Engineer

Description We're currently looking for a consultant to join our client's team as a Senior DevOps Engineer. Our client is embarking on a modernization journey encapsulated within the eDossier program. This program is ambitious, comprising several projects with tight timelines, aiming for completion by the second half of . As part of this initiative, we're seeking skilled individuals who are committed to the successful delivery of the program.

In this role, you'll primarily focus on Dev-Software Engineering, encompassing approxima /% Ops and /% Dev responsibilities. You'll collaborate within a DevOps team alongside other experienced and motivated professionals, leveraging the expertise of our senior architect. Qualifications

Graduation in Computer Science is advantageous, but practical experience is paramount.
Continuously upskill to stay abreast of the latest sustainable trends and innovations, particularly in cloud native engineering and development.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in cloud (native) development.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in designing/defining and developing APIs.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in developing and integrating microservices.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in Java SE.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in Java SE+.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in software design (cloud, API, microservice, event).
Minimum years of hands-on experience in event-driven architecture and systems.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in unlocking and integrating PaaS offerings.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in NoSQL databases.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, preferably within Azure DevOps.
Minimum years of hands-on experience in implementing/setup, optimizing, and maintaining development, test, acceptance, and production environments within a (hybrid) cloud, preferably Azure Cloud.
Minimum years of experience working within large agile delivery teams.
Ability to propose alternative solutions and provide recommendations considering the broader context.
Strong listening skills, flexible attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of the Angular framework is advantageous.
Knowledge of Event Driven Development is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Domain Driven Design is highly desirable.
Knowledge of modeling languages is beneficial.
Knowledge of European interoperability is beneficial.
Familiarity with existing building blocks and services within the federal government context is advantageous.

Languages

Active knowledge of two of the following languages Dutch, French, English.
Active knowledge of all three languages is preferred.
Passive knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
