Functie Testing Coordinator

Mission

The main purpose of the function is to coordinate a team of testers in the frame of the core banking program which includes multiple subprojects ( currently). There is a need to coordinate the testing execute within the bank, coordinate with the provider, coordinate with business user the testing execution. Organise a dashboard, reporting and follow-up of testing activities. Ensure a good resources assignment.
Objective is to automate most of the testing through the tool TOSCA. You will have to perform some tests too and to take care of the stakeholders (Business Users, management, provider).

We are looking for a full time to start ASAP for a first contract of months (ending on th ). It might be extended later on.

½ time is the rule - exceptions must be discussed

To be eligible for this position, your profile will match the following

Medior ( to years' experience) team leader Experience in a testing team is mandatory - knowledge of TOSCA tool is a plus Fluent in English (knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus) Ability to drive teams Stress resistant, problem solver Willingness to work in a fast moving and entrepreneurial organization
