Our client is an international company in the region of Bruges.

What are your tasks?
Accounts Receivable Management

Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable tasks. Handle cash allocations, direct debits, and payments. Work closely with Portfolio Management, Trade Finance, and other teams to address requests. Manage contracts, invoices, and troubleshoot issues. Meet deadlines for monthly closings and projects. Perform monthly reconciliations and provide required reports. Ensure all activities follow company policies. Prepare for audits with necessary documentation. Present performance data in regular meetings with stakeholders. the Commercial Lending team in collections and managing overdue accounts.

Business

Work daily with SAP, Azure, QlikSense, PowerBI and RPA to streamline processes and enhance reporting. Identify and implement process improvements. Suggest efficiency enhancements. Train dealers to use our Dealer Portal effectively. Share system and process knowledge with the team.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively. Maintain good cooperation with dealers, customers, and internal teams.

What is your profile?

Bachelor's or master's degree or similar through experience. Experience with SAP is helpful. Proficient in MS , especially Excel. Fluent in English & German (Dutch is not required). Proactive and open to change, with a focus on efficiency and digital tools. Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines. A flexible team player who thrives under pressure.
