Courier Strategy & People Operations Lead

As a Courier Performance Lead, you will be the local strategic architect of the end-to-end courier lifecycle and performance ecosystem across Belgium. You will lead a specialized team with analytical rigor and care, balancing operational efficiency with robust labor relations to ensure human performance translates into commercial success. Translate overarching country strategy into a tactical Courier Lifecycle Roadmap to scale and engage the fleet. Lead national and global project deployments in close collaboration with Scoober Centers of Excellence (COEs). Oversee complex disciplinary and performance management cases in strict alignment with local labor legislation. Lead the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process for the courier domain, utilizing predictive analytics to deliver forward-looking insights. Serve as a strategic partner on Industrial Relations, managing labor union and works council dynamics to mitigate risk. Manage emergency local operations, making critical decisions regarding severe weather closures and coordinating emergency accident responses. What will you bring to the team? Analytical storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data points into clear narratives for senior stakeholders. Proven leadership experience working with offshore Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and global specialist teams in fast-paced environments. Solid experience navigating complex employment models, labor regulations, and industrial relations environments. Proven track record of guiding operational teams through rapid organizational changes with clear communication skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities to influence internal leaders and external ecosystem partners.
