Financial Analyst

At Neovia, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to strengthen our EMEA finance team. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with operations to drive performance across our logistics network.

About the role

As a Financial Analyst, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a portfolio of sites across the EMEA region. You will act as a true business partner, working alongside site leadership to improve operational and financial performance.

What you’ll do

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned sites
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights
• Support monthly closing activities and reporting integrity
• Deliver labor productivity and operational performance analysis
• Build financial models and business cases (e.g. investments, pricing)
• Present key financial metrics (EBIT, EBITDA, IRR, NPV)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership

What you bring

• Experience in finance or controlling
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Advanced Excel skills (SAP is a strong plus)
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial insights clearly
