Technical Sales Engineer

Main missions:

• Support for customers for technical questions about existing or future products and/or services mainly in the residential segment
• Preparation of pre-design and material lists for drawing up quotations
• Informing customers proactively about product changes
• Maintain network technical contact points at customers
• Building up knowledge about existing and new products and solutions
• Internal contact point for product knowledge
• Proactively communicate new items/innovations within the product portfolio for the BU Residential
• Offer support in the realization of residential projects (kick-off meeting, analysis of specifications, proposal, planning, etc.)
• Provide training and support for the Solar Academy training courses
• Preparation of complex quotations
• Management of technical files in SalesForce

Requirement

• A master’s degree in Electro-technics, xqknzec civil or industrial engineering or similar qualification
• Residing in Belgium
• Minimum 2 ears experience in a technical environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French, German is a plus
• Stress resistant
