Sales Assistant - LIU∙JO Store Hasselt

Liu Jo is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Store in Hasselt on 38 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience while representing the brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exclusive and personalized shopping experience;
• provide a high-level sales service focused on achieving commercial targets;
• take care of the Store’s image in compliance with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines;
• recommend and suggest products according to customers’ needs, highlighting their features and benefits;
• maintain and continuously develop strong product knowledge;
• represent and promote the brand’s image, values, and standards;
• support the receiving of new shipments and organize stock efficiently to optimize sales;
• comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles;
• strong customer and results orientation;
• ability to achieve and exceed sales targets;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• positive, proactive, and professional attitude;
• Dutch and English mandatory.

Note: Gross Salary Range: 32K/yr - 35K/yr
