Primary Tasks and responsibilities
Change execution & coordination
• Support the rollout of the existing change track across domains and sites
• Coordinate and follow up on key change activities (communication, training, stakeholder engagement)
• Ensure consistent application of change approach and templates
Communication & engagement support
• Prepare and adapt communication materials (presentations, articles, updates)
• Coordinate communication planning and follow-up
• Support engagement of the change network and key stakeholders
Training support
• Support and co-own the rollout of the JUMP training approach across domains
• Support coordination of training activities and logistics
• Ensure training materials are available, consistent, and aligned with the program approach
• Follow up on participant readiness
• Track training progress, completion and feedback
• Contribute to the further development and optimization of the training approach
• Help identify improvements in how training is organized, delivered, and maintained
Tracking & reporting
• Maintain and update change trackers (progress, risks, xqknzec actions, stakeholders)
• Assist in monitoring adoption and change progress
Administrative & PMO support
• Support planning, scheduling and follow-up of meetings and actions
• Maintain documentation, SharePoint structures, and lists
• Support general administrative coordination of the change track
Non-Technical profile requirements
• 2–5 year’s Experience in change management, project support or PMO (preferably in IT or transformation context)
• Experience in supporting change execution (communication, training, stakeholder coordination)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Structured, proactive, and hands-on
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with administrative and coordination work
• Able to work in an international, fast-paced environment
