For one of our clients active in the field of industrial automation and robotics, we are looking for an Industrial Robotics Technical Sales Engineer. Acting as a key interface between the commercial and technical teams, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, designing innovative robotic solutions, and developing technical-commercial proposals tailored to industrial challenges.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare functional analyses to define solutions adapted to technical and operational constraints.
- Study, design, and size complete robotic solutions integrating mechanical, electrical, and automation aspects.
- Create 3D models and simulations of proposed solutions to validate their technical feasibility.
- Define the overall technical architecture of projects in collaboration with engineering and execution teams.
- Prepare cost estimates for robotic and electromechanical solutions, taking into account technical, budgetary, and profitability requirements.
- Consult suppliers and partners to identify the most suitable technical and economic solutions.
- Develop technical-commercial proposals and prepare the associated documentation.
- Support sales teams during customer meetings and participate in identifying business development opportunities.
- Present, justify, and defend proposed solutions to customers and partners.
- Continuously monitor technological innovations in industrial robotics, automation, and digital solutions.
- Contribute to business growth by providing recognized technical expertise and differentiated solutions.
Your Profile
- Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Robotics, Automation, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally within the field of industrial robotics.
- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to understand industrial operational requirements.
- Experience in cost estimation and preparation of technical proposals.
- Proficiency with major industrial robotics systems (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Universal Robots, or equivalent).
- Experience with 3D design software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of electromechanical systems and automated industrial environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and decision-making stakeholders.
- Autonomous, rigorous, pragmatic, and highly responsible.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
- Ability to defend solutions from both technical and economic perspectives.
- Commitment to safety regulations and awareness of industrial safety requirements. VCA certification is considered an asset.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
