🚀 AI Consultant (AI-Native Transformation)

Remote-first (UK/EU) | Permanent | Mid–Senior

We’re hiring AI-native consultants who don’t just advise — they build, ship, and deliver real impact.

This is a hands-on transformation role in a fast-growing AI consultancy helping SMEs redesign how they work using practical AI.

What you’ll do

• Lead client workshops to uncover and prioritise AI opportunities
• Turn real business processes into working AI prototypes (not decks)
• Build lightweight agents, automations, and workflow solutions
• Drive measurable impact
• Take clients beyond “demo stage” into real adoption and scale
• Work directly with founders, operators, and decision-makers

What we need

• 3–8+ years in consulting or transformation (SME / mid-market preferred) Consulting is ESSENTIAL
• Strong grasp of AI beyond ChatGPT (agents, prompting limits, real use cases)
• Comfortable in front of clients — you can lead conversations, not just support them
• Hands-on mindset: you like building, not just designing
• Fluent in Dutch + English (French a plus)

Bonus points

Ops / process redesign background • Industry experience (finance, manufacturing, HR, etc.)
