What will your responsibilities be?


As an Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will be part of the Iris Facility Solutions team in Gosselies and will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the proper execution of work by your team

  • Maintaining a good relationship with the client

  • Managing equipment and supplies

  • Providing training to your team

  • Leading and motivating staff

  • Planning your team’s tasks

  • Complying with safety standards



Profiel kandidaat

Your skills and background


You…

  • Hold a category B driving licence

  • Have basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Have experience in a supervisory or management position

  • Have (at least) experience in cleaning techniques

  • Are customer-oriented and flexible
