Business Analyst (SharePoint)


Position overview As part of its digital transformation, our client is launching a key project to migrate network drives to SharePoint Online, within the broader deployment of the Microsoft 365 environment. Beyond a simple data transfer, this project involves rethinking existing document architectures — historically built around technical folder structures — and evolving them toward process-oriented and business-driven information architectures. In this context, our clinet is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business teams, IT, and governance stakeholders in defining and implementing the target document management model. Key responsibilities Analyse current document management practices and network drive usage (AS-IS). Gather and understand business processes (HR, Quality, Finance, Compliance, Engineering, Procurement, IT) and their associated document workflows. Model key document processes AS-IS and TO-BE using the appropriate level of formalism (BPMN standard). Define a target information architecture in SharePoint Online, aligned with Data governance principles and the client's framework. Translate business needs into actionable functional requirements for IT (specifications, user stories). Support key users and contribute to the sustainable adoption of new document management practices.
