We collaborate with both our employees and clients in a partnership-based model, built on mutual respect, trust, and a win-win approach.Currently, we are looking for a Senior Business Manager for the Flemish region ??Your responsibilities:Identifying and understanding clients’ recruitment and business needsDriving the execution of our growth and sales strategyBuilding and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and consultantsEngaging in recruitment activitiesCreating and presenting tailored business proposalsNegotiating partnerships and commercial termsExecution of sales plansOur reqiurements:Ideally 3-6 years experience in a sales role, preferably in consulting or IT recruitmentExperience in working with enterprise clientsFull proficiency in Flemish is a mustGood command of English (minimum B2/C1 level)Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsCreativity and a dynamic, proactive approach to workWhat we offer:Stable employment and clear career pathCompetitive salaryTraining programs and continuous development opportunitiesExposure to international projects and well-known global brandsSupport from a team belonging to a large international group
