Function
Your main responsibility is to contribute to the best client experience through a service minded approach to both prospects and clients and efficient and accurate sales administration.
- Reporting to the EMEA Sales Manager, Karl Gheysens:
- Support the Sales Team in building strong relationships with both customers and prospects by ensuring timely follow-up of all customer phone calls and e-mails
- You create plus maintain the customer cards in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as well as ensuring the credit limit approval process is implemented
- You are responsible for the RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorisation) files plus the internal sales process documentation, all sales reports and the CRM (Salesforce)
- Occasionally you provide price lists and lead-time information as well as preparing sales quotes ensuring EU regulations are adhered to plus managing the administration to loans
- You are the SPOC for clients whose orders have been confirmed meaning you inform them of shipping delays and late payments
- In order to deliver in your role, you will also enjoy many internal contacts including the Order Processing, Technical Support and Finance Teams
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience which has perfected both your organisational and communication skills
- Very sound English (written and spoken)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong time management is vital to handle this varied role where there are frequent deadlines
- In order to ensure a smooth running, attention to detail is imperative
- Effective and adaptable communication skills are crucial in order to interact successfully with diverse stakeholders even when busy
- You rely on your initiative to both find solutions and constantly provide an excellent customer service
- A can-do-attitude and being hands on means you will fit right in with CCS’s positive and motivated team
