Your future projects

Like Morgane, Functional Analyst at Cream, you act as a bridge between business and IT teams within the banking sector. You translate business needs into functional specifications for digital platforms such as mobile applications, AI solutions or e-Commerce tools. Your projects may relate to payments, credit or compliance for example.

Your tasks will be

Understand and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams
Follow up with technical analysts, designers and developers
Describe test scenarios, prepare test data and coordinate test execution with the Test Coordinator
Analyse results and propose corrective actions where needed
Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
Dive into technical aspects when necessary
Work closely with business teams to ensure the delivered solution meets their expectations

What do we expect from our Consultant ?

You have proven experience in Functional Analysis in the banking sector
Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira, ...)
You can meet project deadlines and provide high quality deliverables
You have strong communication skills and analytical skills
You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is also required
