You'll iterate fast, challenge assumptions, and help shape the product based on what's technically and process-wise feasible. Master's degree in mechanical engineering, Product Design, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design, ideally in a regulated industry (medical devices, aerospace, or similar) • Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent parametric 3D CAD software; Familiarity with manufacturing processes relevant to miniaturized devices: micro-machining, laser cutting, laser welding, injection molding, or assembly of small components • Basic understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles • Exposure to quality and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, or IEC 60601 is a strong advantage • Experience working with external suppliers or contract manufacturers • Strong written and spoken English; A natural team player who brings energy and curiosity to every challenge.
