liDevelop Sales Strategies: Create and execute account plans and Sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas and revenue targets within Belgium /li
liSolution Selling: Understand customer needs and effectively position Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365 and Power platform), Data/AI and Security /li
liRelationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and other key stakeholders across Belgium /li
liLead Generation and Qualification: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and online research, focusing on potential clients in Belgium. Qualify leads and progress them through the Sales pipeline /li
liProposal Development and Presentations: Develop compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the value of the services /li
liNegotiation and Closing: Skilled in negotiation and closing complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions /li
liMarket Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest Microsoft technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape, with a focus on the Belgium market /li
liCollaboration: Work closely with internal client teams (e.g., Sales execs, solution architects, delivery teams) to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery /li

liExcellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (and French), with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively /li
liRelationship Building Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers /li
liNegotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing complex deals. /li
liExperience with specific cloud platforms and related certifications /li
liExtensive experience in a consulting or professional services environment /li
