As a Customer Service Representative, you ensure excellent service in an international environment by balancing customer needs, business goals, and internal processes. You take ownership, think proactively, and make sure every interaction runs smoothly.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for Turkish and Bulgarian customers
  • Resolve issues and answer questions with clear follow-up
  • Improve service quality by gathering feedback and spotting inefficiencies
  • Support payment processes and handle invoice-related queries
  • Clarify tax-related topics together with the credit team
  • Manage priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify opportunities and take initiative to improve processes

Profiel

This is you:

  • Speak fluent Turkish, Bulgarian, and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Bring experience in a customer-focused role
  • Work in a structured and accurate way, always one step ahead
  • Stay calm under pressure with a practical mindset
  • Handle tasks independently with confidence
  • Show a proactive, curious, and service-oriented attitude
