In this key position, you will play a central role in coordinating client engagement and marketing activities, while working closely with European teams. You will actively contribute to promoting lawyers and strengthening client relationships, ensuring high-quality execution of all communications and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Update lawyer biographies on the website (deals, publications, awards, and rankings)
- Coordinate and distribute client communications (legal updates, newsletters)
- Maintain and update the CRM system (contacts, mailing lists, activity tracking, reporting)
- Organise and coordinate client events (invitations, registrations, logistics, follow-up)
- Liaise with digital teams for event promotion (website and social media)
- Prepare and update marketing materials (presentations, brochures, newsletters)
- Conduct research on clients, industries, and competitors
- Maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy
- Track marketing expenses and support administrative processes
- Provide support to cross-functional initiatives and internal departments (HR, recruitment, etc.)

Profile
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written – mandatory)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail (formatting, proofreading, document quality)
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, service-oriented, and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Experience in marketing, communication, or event coordination
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, InterAction, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree
