Digital Strategy Intern

Our Brussels-based House of Communication (labeled Great Place to Work) is looking for a Digital Strategy Intern to join its team of around 120 employees. As a Digital Strategy Intern, you will work with exciting clients such as BMW, bpost, and ALDI, helping shape their marketing campaigns and customer journeys across digital touchpoints. This internship is ideal for someone curious, analytical, and eager to grow in digital strategy, performance-driven marketing, and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the mapping and optimization of digital customer journeys across channels (website, apps, CRM, SEO/GEO, banner ads, social media, etc.)
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital user behavior data
  • Help buil d performance reports and dashboards for campaigns and digital platforms
  • Support the preparation o f strategy decks, PRs, and award cases
  • Assist in researchin g digital trends, tools, UX/UI best practices, and AI innovations
  • Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and multi-disciplinary teams on client projects
  • Help ensure consistency and quality acros s digital touchpoints and content

Qualifications and requirements

  • You are currently enrolled at a school or university in a Marketing- and/or Communications-related field.
  • You communicate well i n English (French or Dutch are appreciated but not required)
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions and take initiative.
  • Strong interest i n digital strategy, content, customer experience, marketing technology trends, and AI-driven solutio ns.
  • Ability t o structure information clearly a nd tell a story with da ta.
  • Nice to have: exposure to or curiosity abou t analytics and testing tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target)
