Project Manager – Research & Data Analytics Join Ipsos' European Public Affairs Team in Belgium. Ipsos European Public Affairs supports European institutions, EU agencies, international organisations and policymakers with high-quality, multi-country research and advisory services. We are looking for a Project Manager who combines strong research delivery, advanced data management and analytical skills with the confidence to work directly with clients and project partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of research operations, data analytics and client advisory within an international environment. As Project Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of multi-country research projects from setup through reporting, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and methodological rigour. Research Delivery & Project Management Lead and coordinate multi-country research projects from questionnaire finalisation through fieldwork, data processing and reporting. Manage timelines, budgets, risks and quality-control processes. Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, including scripting, data processing and fieldwork partners. Review and approve project materials, data outputs and monitoring tools. Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team. Data Management, Analysis & Quality Own data validation, cleaning and quality assurance processes. Develop and maintain SPSS syntaxes and data processing workflows. Investigate data anomalies, fieldwork issues and respondent quality risks. Analyse survey and operational data to identify trends and performance patterns. Support the management of large-scale recurring and longitudinal survey programmes. Contribute to forecasting and capacity planning activities. Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients on project delivery, methodology and data quality. Participate in client meetings and support discussions on project performance and quality. Identify opportunities to improve research processes through automation, analytics and AI. Support the use of technology for monitoring, reporting and quality control. Contribute to initiatives related to forecasting, respondent quality and fraud detection. Promote innovation while maintaining high standards of quality, transparency and data protection. Minimum 5 years of experience in survey research, social research, market research or research operations. Proven project management experience within a research environment. Experience with quantitative research, multi-country studies, panels or recurring surveys is an advantage. Interest in European and international public affairs research. Experience with Python, R, Stata or similar tools is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of survey data, fieldwork monitoring, weighting and data quality processes. Interest in AI and technology-enabled research methodologies. Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
