Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions within a complex, mission-critical environment. Working in Agile/Scrum teams, you will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, support development teams, coordinate testing activities, and ensure the continuous improvement of business applications. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and product backlog items. Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to define solutions. Facilitate workshops and model business processes and workflows. Define and coordinate functional testing and validate releases. Maintain functional documentation and act as a key contact between business and IT stakeholders. 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst. ~ Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog management and user story writing. ~ Basic knowledge of Java tools and software development processes. ~ Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation after training. Strong team-player mindset with coaching and stakeholder management abilities.
