We are looking for an End Point Administrator for a key client based in Belgium. Responsabilities: Maintain and support the organization endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobiles, tablets) during their full lifecycle. Create and maintain enterprise operating system reference image. Maintain and manage security and software updates of endpoints Investigate, diagnose and solve endpoints related problems. Contribute to define endpoint policies, propose improvements Requirements: ~ Bachelor's degree ~6+ years of experience ~ English fluent ~ Strong knowledge of windows client OS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. ~ Strong knowledge of endpoints and peripherals install and troubleshooting. ~ Strong knowledge of application packaging and OS imaging. ~ Strong knowledge of scripting and automation. Certifications (at least one + ITIL certification): It is mandatory to obtain one of the below in the first three months along with + ITIL certification: Microsoft 365 : Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent Microsoft Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager or equivalent VMWare : Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) or equivalent Cisco Certified Technician Collaboration McAfee Certified Product Specialist - ePO Certification Languages ~ English B2 Location ~ Brussels, Hybrid (3 days on-site – 2 remote)
