h2Description /h2 ul liLead sourcing activities for purchasing components used in Aisin production plants. /li liConduct market studies and benchmark the European supplier market to identify the most suitable suppliers in terms of know-how, quality, delivery, cost, and environmental standards. /li liManage supplier selection and negotiation processes while supporting cost optimization initiatives for mass production. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and operational efficiency. /li liPresent sourcing analyses and strategic recommendations to senior management in a structured and data-driven manner. /li liParticipate in short international business trips (2-3 days) when required. /li /ul br/ h2Key responsibilities /h2 ul liCarry out market studies for specific product categories to identify and evaluate potential suppliers. /li liBenchmark the European market to identify qualified and competitive supplier candidates. /li liUse the Request for Information (RFI) process to assess suppliers' capabilities and expertise. /li liManage the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process with selected suppliers. /li liAnalyze supplier quotations, prepare reports, and recommend supplier selection strategies. /li liPrepare, negotiate, and finalize costs, contracts, and commercial terms and conditions. /li liInvestigate and implement cost optimization opportunities for mass production activities. /li liParticipate in supplier performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liPresent sourcing analyses, conclusions, and recommendations to senior management. /li liMaintain effective communication with suppliers and internal departments. /li /ul br/ h2Requirements /h2 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or MBA. /li li3-5 years of experience in purchasing or manufacturing. /li liAutomotive industry experience is a plus. /li liKnowledge of Japanese business culture is an advantage. /li liFluent in English; other languages are a plus (French, Czech, Turkish, Japanese). /li liStrong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /li liAnalytical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset. /li liGood communication and teamwork skills. /li liAutonomous, flexible, and customer-oriented. /li /ul
