Senior SAP IS-U / S/4HANA IT Project Manager

Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

We're supporting a major Belgian utility organisation seeking an experienced Senior SAP IS-U IT Project Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of its SAP landscape.

You'll be responsible for the SAP IS-U roadmap, project portfolio, partner management, operational oversight, budgeting, resource planning, and leading both internal and external teams across a complex S/4HANA environment.

Key Requirements

• 20+ years' professional experience with 10+ years in SAP project and team leadership
• Proven delivery of full-cycle SAP implementations
• Strong SAP ECC and S/4HANA expertise
• Experience managing SAP CoEs or ERP Competency Centres
• Utilities sector experience highly desirable
• Experience managing large mixed teams of internal and external resources
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and budget management skills

Technical Experience

• SAP S/4HANA IS-U
• SAP FI-CA
• SAP CPI
• OpenText solutions
• Agile & Waterfall delivery methodologies

Languages

• Dutch, French, and English
