Your mission

As Business Controller, you will act as a genuine business partner, supporting both operational and management teams through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.

You will:

• Monitor, analyze and challenge key performance indicators related to revenue, profitability, costs and inventory

• Lead monthly closing activities and ensure the reliability of financial reporting

• Partner with operational teams and country managers to support performance and decision-making

• Identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas across the business

• Drive and support transformation initiatives involving reporting, tools, automation and process optimization

• Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to management

• Contribute to the strengthening of financial processes, controls and governance

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Controlling, Audit or a combination of both

• Fluent in French and English

• Strong analytical skills combined with sound business acumen

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and evolving environment

• Proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset

• Someone who enjoys building, improving and challenging existing ways of working rather than simply maintaining them
