Operations Manager

We are working in partnership with an expanding international QSR business to recruit a hands-on Operations Manager for one of their key food service brands in Brussells Region.

This is a fast-paced, operationally focused role where you will take ownership of day-to-day site performance, driving consistency, efficiency, and high standards across food quality and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across a growing footprint.

A key requirement for this position is fluency in Korean , alongside strong experience working within a Korean restaurant or QSR environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across a high-volume QSR environment
• Take a hands-on approach to leading and supporting site teams
• Ensure consistent delivery of food quality, service standards, and operational processes
• Drive performance across key metrics including sales, labour, waste, and customer satisfaction
• Implement and maintain operational procedures and compliance standards
• Support training and development of team members to improve capability and consistency
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to support operational growth and improvements
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food safety standards

About You

• Speak Korean (Preferred)
• Strong background in Korean restaurant or QSR operations
• Proven experience in a hands-on operations management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on operational performance
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

On Offer

• Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 gross per annum (up to €50K max)
