Business Unit Manager - Brussels

We're looking for a Business Unit Manager to join Sander in Brussels : someone who can run their own desk, develop junior talent and help build the next chapter of our growth story.

Your Mission

You're not just a senior recruiter. You're the reference point for your team : commercially sharp, results-driven and genuinely invested in the people around you.

As a Business Manager

• Run your own 360° desk across your sector : client development, headhunting, closing
• Build and maintain a high-performing client portfolio through cold calling, networking and long-term nurturing
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Hit your own billing targets consistently

As a Team Lead

• Coach, mentor and develop junior Business Managers on a daily basis
• Support your team on client meetings, candidate assessments and deal closing
• Create an environment where people grow fast and perform at their best
• Contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding of new team members
• Report on team performance and contribute to Sander's commercial strategy

Your Profile

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, agency-side
• Proven billing track record, you know what it takes to perform
• Natural leader : people follow you because they want to, not because they have to
• Bilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plus
• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Ready to take ownership of both a desk and a team
