We're growing fast and that's exactly why we're looking for a full-time Generative Content Creator to strengthen our team. Because behind every great retail experience sits great content. And that's where you come in.
Your challenges in this role
- You produce AI-generated visual content for our retail clients. Fashion campaigns, product imagery, lifestyle visuals, signage content. The brief comes in, commercial-quality output goes out. Every time.
- You work within strict brand guidelines. Our clients are established retail brands. They expect consistency, not experiments. You know how to deliver 30+ outfit visuals for a seasonal drop and make every single one look like it belongs in the same campaign.
- You don't just produce, you think with us. How do we make our workflows faster? How do we push quality even further? When a new AI model drops, you're the first to test it and tell us whether it's actually useful or just hype.
- You handle quality control and post-production refinement. AI output is the starting point. Your trained eye and editing skills turn it into something a brand is proud to publish.
- You work closely with the founding team. As one of the first dedicated content creators, you have real influence on how Screenix delivers. No layers, no bureaucracy, direct impact.
What do you bring to the table?
- A trained visual eye. Whether that comes from photography, graphic design, fashion styling or art direction doesn't matter. You understand composition, lighting, color and what makes a product image feel "right" in a retail context.
- Serious hands-on experience with generative AI tools. Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, ComfyUI or comparable. You've moved well past the novelty phase into real craft. You know how to get consistent, controllable results.
- A workflow mindset. When you see a 50-image brief, your first instinct is to build a system. Not to start from scratch every time.
- Solid image editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom) for post-production refinement.
- Fashion or retail affinity is a strong plus. So is experience with video, motion or 3D content.
- Above all: drive and curiosity. This field evolves every week. You keep up because you genuinely want to, not because someone tells you to.
In short: you combine creative talent with production discipline. You care about quality and you're not afraid to challenge how things are done if you see a better way.
