Strategic Account Management
Develop and execute long-term account plans aligned with customer priorities and FPS objectives.
Build executive-level relationships across Procurement, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Operations, and Senior Leadership.
Identify and close profitable new opportunities across Global and Multi-National Accounts.
develop value propositions around total cost of ownership and supply security.
Coordinate Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Comex, and C3PM in a “team-based selling” model.
Ability to manage complex international customer organizations across multiple countries.
Data-driven decision-making; Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
~8–10 years in Global Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Commercial Leadership in international B2B.
~ Proven track record managing Global/Multi-National Accounts in packaging, manufacturing, industrial, or chemicals.
~ Flexible packaging market knowledge is a strong advantage.
