Role Overview  

In this role, you will act as a key link between Double Pass, its clients, and our internal expert teams, with a primary focus on  audit delivery & strategic projects , complemented by active involvement in education & implementation projects . You will coordinate end-to-end execution across project types, from scoping and planning to fieldwork coordination, analysis, reporting, workshop delivery, and the presentation of key findings and practical next steps to senior stakeholders. 

This is a role for a senior, structured, and client-oriented professional who can combine strong project leadership with analytical rigor. You will often be the day-to-day face of Double Pass towards clients and will play a crucial role in turning complex observations into  clear assessment narratives, priorities, and practical improvement plans  across talent development and football operations. 

Key Responsibilities  

1. Audit, Strategic & Project Delivery Leadership  

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Audit & Analysis engagements and related strategic projects, from scope definition and planning through fieldwork coordination, synthesis, and final reporting. 
• Translate project scope into clear delivery plans, including methodology, stakeholder mapping, interview schedules, data requests, site visits, workshops, milestones, and implementation follow-up. 
• Coordinate internal Double Pass experts and external consultants across audit, education, and implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment on roles, outputs, and quality expectations. 
• Drive delivery discipline across project types: monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely decision-making and escalation when required. 
• Support the transition from audit findings to education and implementation initiatives, helping clients move from diagnosis to priorities, capability-building, roadmap, and execution design. 

2. Analysis, Reporting, Education & Methodology Excellence  

• Ensure analytical rigor and consistency across assessments and projects, including triangulation of evidence from interviews, documentation, observations, workshop input, and data. 
• Oversee production of client-facing outputs such as audit reports, executive summaries, scorecards, slide decks, workshop materials, and practical recommendations. 
• Help shape education and knowledge-transfer activities that translate findings into clear learning objectives, sessions, and capability-building support for clients. 
• Safeguard Double Pass methodology and delivery standards, contributing to templates, workflows, and continuous improvement across audit, education, and implementation toolkits. 
• Quality-control key deliverables for clarity, structure, and alignment with scope, ensuring outputs are decision-ready and practically usable for senior leadership and project teams. 

3. Stakeholder Management, Education Support & Implementation Follow-Through  

• Act as the day-to-day lead for selected audit, strategy, education, and implementation engagements, ensuring structured communication and a strong client experience throughout. 
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership and technical stakeholders, understanding governance, sensitivities, learning needs, and decision pathways. 
• Facilitate workshops, education sessions, and presentations to validate findings, support alignment, strengthen ownership, and agree on priorities and sequencing. 
• Support clients in converting recommendations into implementable plans, including roadmap design, governance setup, initiative definition, KPI tracking, and follow-up support during execution. 
• Represent Double Pass professionally in meetings, workshops, and steering committees, ensuring clear follow-up, documentation, and momentum across project phases. 

Qualifications & Experience  

• 10+ years of experience leading consulting, audit/assessment, strategy, education, implementation, or complex project delivery in a professional services environment (or equivalent). 
• Proven track record delivering structured assessments, strategic projects, education programmes, or implementation support with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and tight timelines. 
• Strong client-facing experience, comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting findings, priorities, and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders. 
• Experience in sport/football and international project delivery is a strong advantage; experience in audit, assessment, strategy, education, or implementation work is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of working in governance-heavy environments (federations, leagues, clubs, governments, or similar institutions) and navigating decision pathways and sensitivities. 
• Excellent planning and follow-up skills, including audit work planning (interviews, data requests, site visits) and structured documentation. 
• Excellent writing and presentation capabilities, with experience producing decision-ready reports, executive summaries, and clear recommendations. 
• Comfortable managing multiple engagements simultaneously, balancing stakeholder needs, analysis, and deliverables across parallel project streams. 
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism, with a high bar for quality, confidentiality, and integrity. 
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
